Cookie policy
This policy explains which cookies the IT2S and COLCO site uses and how to choose. Because a cookie may contain or reveal personal data, we ask for your prior, express and informed authorization for the non-essential ones (Colombian Law 1581 of 2012) and do not use them until you give it.
What cookies are
They are small files a site stores in your browser to remember information between visits or pages. Other browser storage techniques (localStorage, sessionStorage) do something similar; this policy covers them all.
Categories
- Essential: needed for the site, forms, payments and admin panel to work, and to remember your choice. Always on.
- Analytics: would measure how the site is used. Today we use no analytics cookies.
- Functional: would remember optional preferences. Today we use no functional cookies.
We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Your choice and how to change it
On your first visit a notice next to the floating cookie button (bottom left) lets you «Accept», «Reject» or open «Settings» by category; no non-essential cookie is activated before you choose, and if you close the notice without choosing only the essential ones remain. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie button or with «Cookie settings» at the foot of every page. Your choice lasts 180 days or until this policy changes; then we ask again.
As proof of your authorization we keep an anonymous identifier (the same as in the it2s_consent cookie), the categories you chose, the version and fingerprint of the text you saw, the date and time, and keyed fingerprints of your IP address and browser that cannot be read back.
Cookieless visit measurement
We count page visits ourselves and in aggregate (page, date, referring site and campaign), without cookies, without storing your IP address or browser and with nothing linking two of your visits. If you reject analytics, we do not count your visits either.
Third-party cookies
On the payment portal, the Wompi gateway may use its own cookies in its payment window, under its own policy. Links to WhatsApp and social networks load nothing from those services on this site: their cookies only apply if you visit them.
How to block them in your browser
Besides the banner, you can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the essential ones, forms and payments may not work and we will show you the banner again.
Personal data and changes
Personal data is processed under Law 1581 of 2012 and this site’s personal data processing policy. Version of this policy: 2026-10-28. If the cookies we use change, we update this page and ask for your choice again.
