Site information

The site presents the services, plans and products of IT2S and COLCO. The scope of each service purchased online is defined by the chosen plan and the service agreement; that of custom services, by the proposal or contract you sign.

Online purchase

Before paying you see an order summary with the plan, add-ons, total price and terms, and you expressly accept the agreement and policies with unticked boxes. We email you an acknowledgment of the order. We keep proof of the order, your acceptance and the payment. [PENDIENTE: minimum term of subscription plans and renewal terms]

Prices

Plan and service prices are published in Colombian pesos or US dollars, depending on the plan. The order summary shows the total price including taxes before you pay. Payment methods

Online payments are made through the Wompi gateway (card, Nequi and the other methods Wompi has enabled), by Bre-B transfer or by direct debit if you authorize it. This site never receives or stores card numbers or account details.

Withdrawal, payment reversal and refunds

The right of withdrawal (art. 47, Law 1480) and payment reversal (art. 51) are governed by the withdrawal and payment reversal policy; other refunds, by the refund policy. Both are linked below and in the footer of every page.

Customer service

You can file petitions, complaints and claims with this site’s PQRS form: we assign a filing number with date and time and email you an acknowledgment. You can also turn to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (www.sic.gov.co), linked in the footer of every page.

Trademarks and content

IT2S, COLCO, Opta, PITS and it2sCloud are trademarks used by their owners. The site’s texts and images may not be reproduced without authorization.

Links to other sites

The site links to services such as the PITS help desk, the OptaERP site, the payment gateway and social networks, which have their own terms.

Personal data and cookies

The processing of the personal data you provide on the site is governed by Law 1581 of 2012 and the personal data processing policy; the use of cookies, by the cookie policy.
