I hereby give prior, express and informed authorization to IT SISTEMAS Y SOLUCIONES S.A.S. (IT2S), Tax ID (NIT) 901197078-8, to automatically charge, through the Wompi payment gateway (Bancolombia), the payment method I register for the amount of the stated service or contract, on day [chosen billing day] of each month, not exceeding a monthly cap of the stated monthly cap. If the billing day is not a business day, the charge may be made on the next business day; if a charge is declined, it may be retried on the following days, with no double charges. I declare that I am the holder of, or am authorized to use, the registered payment method. IT2S does not store card or account data: such data is held by Wompi under PCI DSS standards. I will receive a receipt for each charge by email. I may cancel this authorization at any time, free of charge, through the cancellation link sent to my email or by contacting IT2S customer service; cancellation applies to charges after my request. I retain the right to request a payment reversal in the cases provided for in Article 51 of Law 1480 of 2011 and Decree 1074 of 2015 (Decree 587 of 2016), and to file petitions, complaints and claims (PQRS) through the website. I authorize the processing of my personal data to manage this direct debit, billing and customer service, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and IT2S's Personal Data Processing Policy published on the website, which I acknowledge. Requests, complaints, claims, withdrawals, refunds, suggestions, compliments and requests about your personal data (habeas data). We assign you a filing number and email you an acknowledgement with it.
Include the order, payment or invoice number, the payment method you used and the reason. Withdrawal must be exercised within 5 business days of the purchase; see the withdrawal and refund policies at the foot of the page.
